From Founding Story to Launch: Introducing Vencome

Our story

Vencome was founded in London, born from a simple but frustrating experience.

While studying, our co-founder, Adriana set out to pursue aesthetics as a side venture. The ambition was big; the budget was not. And when it came to finding flexible space to work from, the process proved far harder than it should have been. Hosts went unanswered for days. Compliance requirements were unclear and inconsistent. Pricing was opaque, quoted differently depending on who she spoke to. Commitments were almost always monthly or longer, with no option to book the few hours she actually needed. And the listings that did exist rarely matched on the three things that mattered most at once: the right area, the right time, and the right price.

For a new practitioner trying to build something on a limited budget, every one of those obstacles was a reason to give up before starting. Space is often the first real cost an independent professional faces, and it was the first place the system worked against her rather than for her.

As an entrepreneurship student, she had been trained to see problems as opportunities. This one was impossible to ignore. She kept coming back to the same question:

Why can't booking a professional space be as simple as booking a hotel?

You choose your dates. You see a clear price. You know what you are getting. You book, and you show up. No back-and-forth, no guesswork, no commitment you did not ask for. If that experience could exist for a night away, there was no reason it could not exist for a treatment room, a studio, a consulting space and many more commercial spaces.

That question became Vencome.

What we built

Vencome is a marketplace where commercial spaces and the professionals who need them connect without friction. Whether you need a treatment room in London today or a studio across the city next week, the goal is the same: find the right space, on the right terms, and book it in minutes.

Together with her co-founder, Bashayr, that idea turned into a market-ready platform, the one she wished had existed when she was starting out. It was built around a few principles that came directly from the problems she had lived through.

Transparent. Pricing is clear and upfront. What you see is what you pay, with terms you can understand before you commit, before you invest time contacting unresponsive space owners.

Responsive. No chasing hosts for days. The platform is designed so that enquiries move quickly and bookings get confirmed, not left in limbo.

Flexible. Space on the terms that suit the work, from a single hour to a full year. Independent professionals should not have to sign a monthly lease to run a half-day pop-up, and established operators should not have to compromise on longer arrangements.

At the centre of the experience is our AI Matchmaker, built to cut through the noise. Instead of scrolling through listings that almost fit, professionals tell us what they need, and the platform surfaces the spaces that actually match on location, timing, and budget. It turns a search that used to take days into one that takes minutes.

Who Vencome is for

Vencome serves a growing community of independent professionals who need space to do their work: aesthetics practitioners, therapists, beauty specialists, personal trainers, content creators, consultants, and pop-up operators. These are people building real businesses, often solo, often on tight margins, who have historically been underserved by a commercial property market designed around long leases and large tenants.

On the other side of the marketplace are the space owners. Treatment rooms sit empty between clients. Studios go unused on quiet weekdays. Vencome gives owners a straightforward way to list that space, reach the right professionals, and turn downtime into income, without taking on the administrative burden of managing it all themselves.

Why we exist

When we take the friction out of finding space, we take away one of the biggest reasons good businesses never get off the ground.
